In the foreground are twin girls, Ferne & Marguerite Cassin, daughters of Edna (Blamey) & Leo Cassin. In the background is the porch of the Wilson/Elwood house which the Blameys rented. See photo #253 for full view of house. The house was built in 1870 by Capt Henry Wilson, who went down with his ship in 1873. In 1886 the property was purchased by the William Elwoods. William ran a grocery on Main St. Mrs Elwood (Frances) ran a summer boarding house here, listed in the
